Work out on your own schedule and get ready for the most fun, intense, full-body circuit workout you’ve ever experienced! Our K10 circuit training is a workout regimen that combines the intensity of kickboxing techniques with the structure of circuit training. This fusion creates a challenging and comprehensive fitness experience that targets various aspects of your physical health.

In a K10 circuit training session, participants move through a series of stations each focusing on different kickboxing moves and exercises. These stations may include heavy bag work, shadowboxing, pad drills, bodyweight exercises, medicine balls, dumbbells, battle ropes, and cardio intervals. Each of our 10 stations consists of a 3 minute round with a 60 second rest in-between each station. Our drills and workouts change weekly so they never feel repetitive or boring! The goal is to continuously challenge your muscles, elevate your heart rate, and improve overall strength, endurance, and flexibility.

This form of training not only enhances your cardiovascular fitness but also hones your kickboxing skills.
