CageFIT

Take your martial arts training, fitness, and physique to the next level! Our CageFIT classes offer an intense workout experience that combines elements of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and Functional Fitness Training. Participants engage in high-energy sessions that focus on improving fighting techniques, cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility, flexibility, and overall fitness.

 

CageFIT involves a mix of striking and grappling techniques from MMA with bodyweight exercises to provide a well-rounded and challenging workout. Participants can expect to enhance their skills, build lean muscle, burn calories, and boost their confidence while training in a safe and controlled environment.

 

Our CageFIT classes follow the same flow and progression as our KickFIT classes, with the addition of light-contact sparring and grappling drills. You can expect to burn over 800 calories per class! Fight your limits, with CageFIT!
