Our CageFIT classes offer an intense workout experience that combines elements of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and Functional Fitness Training. Participants engage in high-energy sessions that focus on improving fighting techniques, cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility, flexibility, and overall fitness.


CageFIT involves a mix of striking and grappling techniques from MMA with bodyweight exercises to provide a well-rounded and challenging workout. Participants can expect to enhance their skills, build lean muscle, burn calories, and boost their confidence while training in a safe and controlled environment.


Our CageFIT classes follow the same flow and progression as our KickFIT classes, with the addition of light-contact sparring and grappling drills. You can expect to burn over 800 calories per class! Fight your limits, with CageFIT!
